Refund & Returns Policy

Any standard shipping order may be cancelled or adjusted within 24 hours.
Any express shipping order may be cancelled or adjusted within 1 hour.
Once the fulfillment process begins, the cancellation or any request for adjustment will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item was received, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and/or without contacting us first. Such returns will not be processed or refunded.

Once we have approved your return request, you will be provided with the physical address for your return; depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Make sure to use trackable and insured shipping service.

  • If we don’t receive the item, the return will not be processed. Lost packages will not be refunded.
  • If the return is received damaged due to return shipping process it will not be processed for a refund. We will document and provide you with all information to claim shipping insurance compensation.
    • It is your responsibility to make sure the item you want to return is well packed and protected. We take no responsibility for return shipping errors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Depending on your financial institution processing times, it may take a certain amount of days before the funds become available on your account. This is beyond our control.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
